Role:
The studio manager manages day to day business operations with in studio staff.
Pay:
$25 Hourly base pay plus monthly bonuses.

212 FL-436, Casselberry, FL 32707 Role (Overview of the Position) The studio manager manages day to day business operations with in studio staff.
It is expected the studio manager communicates to the Director of Studio Operations about day to day operations, issues, updates.
It is expected the studio manager works 35 hours a week, which can be filled by assisting in other roles at the studio.
The main role for the Studio Manager is to ensure the studio is producing images that follow the Storybook Portrait Standard.
Responsibilities (Associated with the Role) Schedules Create studio staff schedules 2 weeks out Approve requested time off Post studio staff schedules 2 weeks in advance for employees in slack Tag columns in stratus with staff schedules Consolidate weekly photography schedule New Hires Hiring on Indeed- responding-rejecting-interviews for Experience Team Onboard and Train new Experience Team hires Going over handbook and paperwork for new Experience Team Hires Complete Employee Folder containing signed 4R doc and signed employee handbook Coordinate Trial Day for New Hires Coordinates New Hire Paperwork Welcome new hire Systems Server management Ensure dropbox uploads are complete Double checking slack and stratus systems throughout the photography day to ensure tasks are being completed Session statuses Check in form gets scanned & names match Zoom appointments created correctly Update zoom viewing sign up chart (multiple times daily) Check generic sales log
reschedules done correctly Existing Employees Critique each Photography session using the Grading System.
Make sure the Experience team is following the Storybook Experience Standards.
Monitor day to day activity on Photoshoot days.
(walking around the studio, interacting with staff and clients, help with difficult kids in sessions) Provide meetings with staff as needed Maintain employee folders (physical and google drive) Monitor payroll hours to audit for inaccuracy Create/deliver employee reviews Communicates performance goals/issues with Director of Studio Operations Follow up with issues clients have and relay information to Director of Studio Operations Create new documents to assist in certain departments Studio Maintenance Collaborate on dress cleaning with runners General studio fixes.

paint, chairs, spackle holes, damaged items Technical support/troubleshooting problems/fixing internet Maintain safe and clean studio Ensure security cameras are working and know how to download recordings Making sure all the photography equipment is working Inventory Shoes, Tiaras/Jewelry, Dresses/Suits Prop supplies Inventory List for general studio items Be a backup for studio positions Results (Expect Accomplishments) To ensure clients leave our studio happy To maintain studio operations Maintain a culture with our core values and mission Create a roster of employees to fill open time slots/gaps Always improve the client experience and image creation process Requirements (Expected Proficiencies) Management skills Know how to use our CRM - Stratus/Just call/Trello/Slack Know how to use our surveillance system Know how to use Lightroom and tethering to a Canon camera.
