A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
JOB TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls Manage large amounts of incoming emails, proofreading correspondence, and organization Turn incoming sales leads into appointments Scheduling Social Media posting and Responding Blogging Submitting proposals and keeping up with proposals Billing and Accounts Receivable Posting Payments Scan and Organizing receipts using Dropbox Account management and updates Calling to Notify Customers of scheduled service Processing Payments Sales reporting Verifying time card and GPS Records Manage Gas receipts and schedule oil changes Reconciling deposits Daily Monthly Billing Running Virus Scans, and maintaining a healthy computer Must be an organized individual! HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8-5.
