Welcoming customers as they enter the restaurant and providing a friendly and efficient service experience.
-Taking Orders:
Taking customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and using a point of sale system to input orders.
-Serving Food:
Delivering orders to customers promptly and ensuring that they have all necessary condiments and utensils.
-Handling payments:
Processing payments accurately and providing change if necessary.
This may include handling cash or operating card payment systems.
-Upselling:
Suggesting additional items or upgrades to increase sales, such as suggestiong make it a platter or desserts.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and upselling products or services.
Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and data entry proficiency are essential for success in this role.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
