We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Assistant Administrator.
The Training Assistant Administrator will play a key role in supporting the training department by assisting in the coordination, administration, and execution of various training programs.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employee development.
Key
Responsibilities:
Training Program Support:
Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs, including scheduling training sessions, training calendar upkeep, booking venues, and preparing training materials.
Support the development and training on DynaFire's processes and procedures across all departments.
Participant Management:
Manage participant registrations, communicate training details to participants, and track attendance records.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate logistical aspects of training events, such as catering, audiovisual equipment setup, and room arrangement.
Verifying and monitoring remote office arrangements, including follow-up as necessary.
Training Material Preparation:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, including handouts, manuals, and presentations.
Technology Assistance:
Provide technical support during training sessions, including setting up computers, projectors, and other audiovisual equipment.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant evaluations, training completion records, and training feedback.
Ensure the upkeep of employee licenses and certifications, including tracking renewals and deadlines.
Communication Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact for training inquiries, both internally and externally, and provide timely and courteous responses.
Evaluation Support:
Assist in collecting and analyzing training evaluation feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback received.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative tasks to support the training department, such as filing documents, processing invoices, and managing training budgets.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company Core Values, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to training activities.
Travel to various Florida to aid in facilitating training sessions at various DynaFire offices.
As the company expands into Georgia, future travel to this state may also be required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in administrative roles or training coordination is desirable.
Experience in the Life Safety Industry is advantageous, particularly in technical aspects.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or equivalent software applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting the needs of participants.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Willing to travel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
