Our organization is seeking a results-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and an ability to work independently to become a part of our team.
As a Community Manager, you are overseeing a multi-million-dollar business.
You will be driving sales and income as a motivational leader to your team.
As they say, the buck stops here, and as such, you take complete ownership and accountability of the team members and property performance.
As a leader, you will influence your team to reach their very highest potential every single day.
You will oversee the physical asset, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, construction projects, accounts receivable and payable, vendor relations, recruitment, and team member development.
This role is not for the faint of heart due to both your and our expectations of providing reliable and exceptional service to our customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and of course passion! You will be humble, hungry, and smart.

What will you bring to the table:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a manager in multi-family assets (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden style properties).
Previous management experience in our industry is strongly preferred and desired.
Due to the high level of communication with various stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be a primary communicator for us as we work with new friends that call us home.
You will be proficient in computer software including but not limited to:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Payroll Software.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
