Stop in any time! We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding office procedures and services - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail - Experience with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other computerized accounting software is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Efficient data entry abilities - Previous experience working in a ALF but not required - Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a reliable team player who thrives in a customer-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
