This is not your typical desk job.
You will be showing homes and touring customers looking to purchase a New or Pre-owned Manufactured Home in one of our Beautiful Resort Communities.
Job Duties will include:
- Showcasing homes, highlighting the features and benefits of the homes and the community to potential buyers.
- Communicate with potential buyers using our innovative CRM Lead Management System which provides you with your leads.
- Keep track of your weekly tours, upcoming appointment and Hot Leads - Complete Sales and Listing Contracts - Walk home inventory daily to ensure homes show to their best potential - Work with community manager, sales manager, marketing and the rest of the TEAM to achieve common TEAM goals Experience & skills you need:
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service or Sales Experience required - TEAM player, works with community manager, sales manager and marketing teams - Strong communication skills required - Computer Skills - Organizational Skills - Negotiation Skills - Lead Management and Follow up - Clean Driving Record Compensation - $28,000 -$34,000 annual compensation depending on experience plus a very generous commission structure and bonus Real estate license is NOT required.
