Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Write service orders and communicate with mechanics to ensure accurate vehicle repairs - Provide estimates for automotive repairs and services - Maintain knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs - Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills for writing service orders and maintaining customer records Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
